Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software components for core OSG applications.</li><li>Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of microservice-based applications.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.</li><li>Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, standards, and strategies.</li><li>Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient software delivery.</li><li>Advise and approve unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.</li><li>Work closely with product owners, chapter leads, and architects to influence technical improvements.</li><li>Investigate and share innovative practices with team members.</li></ul>Required Expertise:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative or computational field such as Computer Science, Information Technology. </li></ul><ul><li>8+ years of hands-on experience in building complex software solutions preferably working with investment management professionals. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders including technology partners and the business.</li></ul><ul><li>Full-stack software development knowledge preferably with Angular, Java, Spring Boot, Batch and Kafka</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with testing software, including writing automated unit, integration, performance, and end-to-end tests. </li></ul><ul><li>Agile development practices that prioritizes the incremental delivery of working software and responds well to change in requirement scope. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to accept and adapt to scope changes incorporating it seamlessly. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience with AWS cloud environment development and deployment. </li></ul><ul><li>Kubernetes/EKS deployment and operations management exposure is a plus. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience leading development teams through mentorship, technical expertise, and technical excellence </li></ul><h3>Certifications:</h3><h3>Category:</h3>Information TechnologyMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
