JOB SUMMARY
The Head Women’s Softball Coach/Fitness Room Coordinator is responsible for administration of all aspects of the intercollegiate women’s Softball program. In addition, this position has responsibility for coordinating Fitness Room operations for the college’s Intercollegiate Athletics facility. The Coach/Coordinator is expected to work in cooperation with staff across the Athletics Department, other Student Services units, other areas of the college, high school personnel, and personnel from other colleges to develop and maintain a high quality intercollegiate women’s Softball program, offering an excellent experience to participating student-athletes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICIATIONS
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.</li>
<li>Minimum of four years of coaching experience in women's softball at the high school or collegiate level, either as a head coach or assistant coach.</li>
<li>Ability to recruit student athletes and create an atmosphere conducive to student success in academics, personal development, and athletics.</li>

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
WOMEN’S SOFTBALL (70%)
<ul>
<li>Provide leadership for and administer all aspects of the intercollegiate Women’s Softball program for 20-25 participants, including recruitment of student-athletes, budget development and management, maintenance and inventory of equipment, travel and transportation planning, and scheduling of practices and competitions.</li>
<li>Instruct student-athletes in individual skills, tactics/strategy, rules, and fundamentals of women’s Softball at the intercollegiate level.</li>
<li>Teach student-athletes’ principles and practices in health, fitness, and conditioning associated with successful participation in intercollegiate women’s Softball.</li>
<li>Operate program in compliance with institutional, Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA), and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) rules.</li>
<li>Counsel and advise student-athletes in academic matters, including academic planning, course selection, and student success strategies.</li>
<li>Coordinate efforts to assist student-athletes in transferring to four-year colleges and universities.</li>
<li>Track and monitor academic progress of student-athletes to ensure academic success, retention, and completion.</li>
<li>Participate in fundraising, public relations, and promotional activities for the athletic department and the women’s Softball program.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li>
</ul>
FITNESS ROOM COORDINATOR (25%)
<ul>
<li>Coordinate scheduling of the Fitness Room for sports team’s specific times.</li>
<li>Manage Fitness Room budget including ordering cleaning products and towels.</li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling of supervisors during ‘Open Times’.</li>
<li>Manage any equipment repairs and replacements.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (5%)

<li>Serve on various college committees.</li>
<li>Serve on Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA) and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) committees as appropriate.</li>

JOB LOCATION
This position is an on-site role located in the L. Quenten Lane Gymnasium located on the main campus of Cleveland State Community College in Cleveland, Tennessee. Regular travel to athletic events at other institutions is expected, along with travel for recruitment purposes.
Travel may also be required within the college’s 5-county service area including travel to attend state meetings, etc.

Job SummaryThe Senior Director of Accounting Services/Associate Controller directs all accounting functions in three (3) departments: Financial Accounting and Reporting, Grants Accounting and Reporting, and Cashiers and Student Accounting. This position works closely with the Budget Office, the Grants Office, Payroll, cost center managers and other college department colleagues to ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and processes related to financial management. This role provides leadership to and management of administrators reporting to this role and other staff within the assigned departments. Job Summary
The Procurement Card (Procard)/Travel Auditor provides the internal audit function for all procurement card purchases and expense reimbursements. This position serves as the primary administrator, authority and subject matter expert for all procurement card functions and reimbursements at Bluegrass Community &amp; Technical College (BCTC). This position plays a critical role in ensuring the college's financial integrity and operational compliance by managing the daily administration, monitoring, training, and auditing of all procurement card activities and reimbursement requests college wide. This position audits, ensures compliance with procurement law and KCTCS/BCTC policy and procedure, and approves reimbursement requests. Acting as a strategic liaison between BCTC and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) Business Office, this position ensures all procurement card and reimbursement transactions comply with institutional policies, state statutes, and federal regulations. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex financial systems, policies, and reporting requirements. Job Duties:

<li>Comprehensive Oversight of the Procurement Card Program: Manage all aspects of the BCTC procurement card program, including day-to-day operations, compliance enforcement, and internal controls. Ensure all cardholder activities align with the KCTCS ProCard Program policies and applicable laws.</li>
<li>Strategic Liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact between BCTC and KCTCS procurement card staff, facilitating seamless communication, issue resolution, and program alignment across both institutions.</li>
<li>Compliance Auditing and Transactional Oversight: Conduct thorough reviews and audits of all procurement card transactions to ensure complete and accurate documentation, policy adherence, and regulatory compliance. Investigate discrepancies and provide resolutions and additional training as needed.</li>
<li>Violation Monitoring and Reporting: Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for errors and procurement card violations, including documenting corrective actions and resolutions. Generate reports for leadership to support accountability and continuous improvement.</li>
