There is a critical need in this complex ecosystem of therapeutic assets and disease areas to bring rigorous strategy and execution to portfolio optimization, evidence generation across the portfolio and to ensure effective, repeatable launches that will benefit patients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with the WW SVP to design and execute 1–5 year global medical strategies across oncology.</li><li>Lead Business Process Management: Overseeing execution of processes, ensuring interdependencies are managed and inputs/outputs are controlled</li><li>Efficiency &amp; Effectiveness: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance performance and reduce complexity</li><li>Budget &amp; Resource Management: Managing headcount, budget allocation, and operational planning in partnership with finance and functional teams</li><li>Oversee operational planning, budget allocation, and headcount management in collaboration with Finance and HR.</li><li>Translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives and monitor progress through KPIs and performance dashboards.</li><li>Manage a high-performing team supporting cross-matrix medical strategy teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Coordinate portfolio planning and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with P&amp;L guidance and strategic priorities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional departments (HR, Finance, IT) to streamline operations, budgeting, and forecasting.</li><li>Drive automation and data-driven process improvements; implement scalable tools and systems.</li><li>Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.</li><li>Lead development and review of Integrated Evidence Plans (IEPs) and oversee execution of the MEG Book of Work.</li><li>Develop and communicate Medical Affairs Excellence dashboards to track deliverables and inform leadership.</li><li>Identify global best practices across Medical Affairs, assess capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Lead special projects requiring medical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Build infrastructure to support global medical functions and serve as an active member of the WW Medical Affairs Oncology Leadership Team.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Proven leadership in developing and executing global medical strategies in oncology.</li><li>Strong track record in aligning evidence generation with launch readiness across therapeutic areas.</li><li>Ability to translate enterprise goals into actionable initiatives, balancing scientific and business acumen.</li><li>A&nbsp;bachelor’s degree&nbsp;in a related field such as life sciences, healthcare, business, or a similar discipline along with 7-10+ years of experience is required. An&nbsp;advanced degree—such as an&nbsp;MD, PharmD, PhD, or&nbsp;MBA—is&nbsp;strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in business development evaluation and PMP certification preferred.</li><li>Prior experience as Chief of Staff to executive leadership is a plus.</li><li>Skilled in strategic assessment, framing recommendations, and driving decision-making.</li><li>Expertise in project/portfolio management with a focus on execution and impact.</li><li>Strong relationship-building, influence, and organizational engagement skills.</li><li>Strategic leadership with the ability to align, negotiate, and collaborate across functions.</li><li>Background in Medical or Clinical Development roles and analytics related to product launches is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Demonstrated success in people management, coaching, and development in diverse environments.</li><li>Strong analytical and scientific interpretation skills; effective cross-functional collaboration (e.g., clinical, regulatory, HEOR, access).</li><li>Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement both short- and long-term plans.</li><li>HQ-based role with ~20% international/domestic travel.</li></ul>The starting compensation for this job is a range from $265,460 - $321,700, plus incentive cash and stock&nbsp;opportunities (based on eligibility).&nbsp;The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed. <h2>Overview/Purpose: </h2>
Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains a variety of equipment &amp; positions throughout the Terra Chips Processing Area.&nbsp; This is to aide in the final goal of making a safe, quality finished good for the end consumer. 
Tasks are to be completed while maintaining the highest safety, food safety, quality, cost and GMP standards in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</h2>

<li>Supplying raw vegetables to the production line</li>
<li>Monitoring vegetable size profile &amp; taking action if needed </li>
<li>Monitoring slice thickness &amp; making adjustments as needed</li>

<li>Keeping up with housekeeping throughout the entire shift to stay within quality, food safety &amp; safety standards</li>
<li>Cleaning fryers as needed to address oil quality issues</li>
