Position Summary: The TRIO Student Support Services Success and Engagement Coach will provide individualized guidance, academic support, and skill-building to the TRIO SSS participants through one-on-one coaching sessions. The role involves monitoring student progress, connecting them to campus resources, assisting with transfer and financial aid processes, and maintaining accurate records to ensure program compliance and success. Coaches also help with recruitment, program events, and collaboration with faculty and staff to support student development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact in the TRIO Student Support Services office • Provide clerical assistance to TRIO staff as requested • Establish and maintain a regular meeting schedule with an assigned caseload of students, and provide academic coaching and diagnostic feedback on financial goals, academic skills, professional development, and career planning. • Document coaching sessions with students and record documentation in the student data management software system • Assist in the monitoring of TRIO SSS participants’ progress. • Ensure students receive appropriate academic, transfer guidance, and financial support services. • Assist in the design and implementation of workshops on academic success, professional development, and financial literacy, and transfer assistance. • Assist in the recruitment of TRIO-eligible students including serving as representative of TRIO SSS at collegewide events as assigned by the TRIO Director • Perform other related duties as assigned by the TRIO SSS Director

Required Qualifications:&nbsp;Bachelor's degree in the area of psychology, sociology, education, or related field. 1-2 Bachelor years of working with students in an educational setting, preferably serving as a teacher, academic coach, mentor, or advisor.

JOB SUMMARY
The Advancement Specialist provides support to the Office of Institutional Advancement and the Cleveland State Foundation primarily through bookkeeping activities and donor information management.&nbsp; The Specialist ensures donations are processed accurately and efficiently, donor receipts are issued in a timely manner, donor information is accurately recorded, and financial information is prepared for the external accountant and auditor accurately and efficiently.&nbsp; This position helps to ensure the Office of Institutional Advancement reaches its annual fundraising goals, does not spend outside the annual departmental budget, and meets financial regulations through accurate tracking and reporting.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
BOOKEEPING (55%)

<li>Enter check and cash donations into the financial software, prepare deposits and write checks for approved invoices on behalf of the Advancement Coordinator. Process credit card donations given through the Foundation’s financial software.</li>
</ul>
MONTHLY RECONCILIATIONS (15%)
<ul>
<li>Gather necessary information for the Foundation accountant to prepare monthly reconciliations (bank statements, credit card transaction reports, investment statements).&nbsp; Ensure all transactions on the bank statements have been recorded in the Foundation’s financial software. Additionally, post all transactions and work with the external accountant to resolve any missing items or discrepancies.</li>
</ul>
AUDITING (5%)
<ul>
<li>Provide reports and necessary information to the Foundation auditor for completion of the Foundation annual audit.&nbsp; Additionally, work with the Foundation accountant to ensure end-of-year financials are completed within established deadlines.</li>

DATABASE MANAGEMENT (10%)

POSITION SUMMARY In adherence with institutional, state, and federal guidelines, the Financial Aid Counselor assists in the administration of student aid programs for a diverse population of traditional and non-traditional students.

Title: Instructor, Psychology – 9/10 Month (Term) – Clarksville Campus
POSITION SUMMARY This position is a full-time faculty position responsible for preparing and delivering quality instruction in Psychology.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Teach courses via on-ground, online, hybrid or web-enhanced delivery modes as assigned. This position will be based on the Clarksville campus with teaching assignments primarily at the Clarksville campus. Additional teaching assignments are possible at any campus or site at which NSCC instruction takes place. Within a minimum workweek of 37.5 hours, teach a minimum of 15 hours and hold office hours. Work with Course Leads, Department Chair, and Dean to ensure consistent student experiences. Utilize the college’s learning management system to provide accurate and updated course materials to students.
Submit updated and accurate syllabi prior to the first day of class. Regularly check college email and departmental mailbox. Respond to emails/messages within 24 hours, except on the weekend. Complete all required reports such as attendance, early alerts, progress reports, and grade submissions. Administer and return questionnaires and student outcome assessments by the required deadlines. Prepare and analyze data for student outcome assessments as assigned.
Submit final grades for each semester by the deadline established by the registrar. Provide academic advising to students with an emphasis on retention and success. Remain current in the teaching area(s) through appropriate professional development activities. Actively participate on committees within the Department of Social Sciences, the School of Business and Professional Studies, and college-wide committees and engage in departmental institutional effectiveness activities. Areas of instruction include preventive maintenance, electrical/electronics, brakes, drive train, suspension and steering, diesel engines and HVAC. The Adjunct Instructor must monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation; submit timely reports; and other duties as assigned. This position is part-time and reports to the Clarksville Campus Director. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. between August and May each year. Scheduled class hours are 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is not a remote work position.

GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp; The Practical Nursing Associate Instructor is responsible for the following areas including, but not limited to: teaching and supervision of nursing students in on-campus classroom and off-campus clinical settings; evaluating and advising students; maintaining confidential, accurate and complete records on paper and electronically; completing reports as required in a timely manner; participating in the development of the program; participating in the recruitment of new students and placement of graduates; maintaining an active advisory committee; and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Healthcare Programs. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Class hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Clinical hours vary. Travel to other TCAT Dickson campuses and alternate clinical sites may be required. This is a fully on-site position with teaching conducted in person.
SALARY:&nbsp; $55,983-$67,181 per year ($28.71-$34.45 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology -- Dickson guidelines and directly related experience.

POSITION SUMMARY To provide administrative support to the Vice President of Business &amp; Finance as well as the Office of Business &amp; Finance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES First point of contact for the Business &amp; Finance organization visitors, guests and callers. Performs a variety of variety of general clerical and administrative duties, including preparing routine correspondence, forms and other documents and assisting with assembling information for various projects. Coordinates the Contract Approval Process (e.g., non-personnel) by maintaining a record system for new, current and expired contracts. Include routing legal documents for signatures and tracking renewal and expiration dates for action. Assist with the audit process to provide contractual commitments to auditors, as needed. Develop and maintain a filing system of both hard and electronic documents. Coordinate Student Refund Appeals process by entering information into database and submitting Appeals to Committee for approvals. Review each appeal for accuracy and contact students if questions, further documentation, and/or changes are needed. Track status of appeal throughout the process. Upon final committee decision, notify students via letter and all departments involved. Develop and maintain a filing system of both hard and electronic documents.
Generate Dual Service Agreements for instructors who are also employed elsewhere within the State government. Review agreements for accuracy and coordinate changes with the department. Maintains contracts database, submits agreements for authorized approvals between college and outside agencies. Develop and maintain a filing system of both hard and electronic documents. Prepare President’s Quarterly Report of Expense for Tennessee Board of Regents. Includes checking for accuracy and obtaining all auditable documentation and working with internal auditors on questions.
