Summary:The Assistant General Counsel provides legal counsel and guidance to the officers of the institution and management on all employment law and litigation matters relevant to a large, private, for-profit, higher education institution. Ensures that all venues are well-maintained, safe, secure and efficiently managed.</li><li>Develops an in-depth knowledge of the facilities in the portfolio, particularly with respect to complex features including glass, lighting and shade systems, HVAC systems and interior and exterior materials.</li><li>Partnering with the Deputy Director, sets short- and long-range goals and priorities for facilities management.
