How will you make an impact in this role?Responsible for leading CMDB integration, data quality, and discovery from various data sources, improving CMDB health and collaborate across multiple organizations.<ul><li>Analyze, Design and Test public and private cloud data to CMDB integration, ingestion and develop data quality metrics with PowerBI, SQL and Python.</li><li>Identify integration errors using import sets and transformation logic built into ETL in ServiceNow.</li><li>Analyze ServiceNow ETL code to troubleshoot data integration issues.</li><li>Translate ITSM CMDB Integration product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria.&nbsp;</li><li>Define identity rules, dependencies, and relationship between various data elements in ServiceNow to be able to consume external data.</li><li>Define API/JSON requirements to external teams, to be able to interpret and consume into ServiceNow.</li><li>Troubleshoot various type of Configuration Items (ex: Server, Network, Storage and EUC) data issues and identify remediation strategy.</li><li>Work with customers, key partners, and colleagues to define and enhance user experience around the CMDB</li><li>Own and maintain internal documentation and procedures.</li><li>Build CMDB integration product roadmap leveraging industry trends and market standards</li><li>Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog consistent with the product roadmap and perform story elaboration with the implementation team</li><li>Coordinate with development, Quality Assurance, customers, and release team for Sprints/Program Increment (PI) planning.</li><li>Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>2-4 years of experience IT asset management and or configuration management/CMDB</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a CMDB program for large, compliant organizations</li><li>Work experience with the ServiceNow platform is preferred</li><li>Knowledge and experience managing a multi-source CMDB</li><li>Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to present complex, sensitive issues</li><li>Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies</li><li>Background or certification in IT service management frameworks (ITIL) or ServiceNow preferred</li><li>IAITAM (CSAM, CITAM) or equivalent certification is preferred.</li></ul>Salary Range: $85,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
