Provides other specific staff education, when requested. • Consults with physicians, managers and patient care nurses in order to coordinate specific patient’s medical and nutritional needs. • Consults with Hospice House managers regarding applicable inpatient unit sanitary and safety regulations. • Prepares and maintains required documentation for each assigned patient. Completes documentation in a timely manner and distributes to the appropriate parties. • Performs other duties as assigned.This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
