This role primarily focuses on launch execution, including personal and non-personal tactics, media planning, targeting and involvement in launch strategy. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer with strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration experience, and launch experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize Iberdomide’s commercial success.</li><li>Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation tactics specifically for MM.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution of tactics aligned to strategy.</li><li>Supports the implementation of the go-to-market strategy for Iberdomide.</li><li>Execute HCP engagement, market education initiatives, and sales force readiness activities</li><li>Coordinate closely with medical affairs and regulatory teams on scientific communications and thought leader engagement.</li><li>Partner with market access teams to support reimbursement and payer strategies execution.</li><li>Support market research and competitive analysis to inform executional tactics.</li><li>Monitor and report on competitive threats within the MM treatment landscape.</li><li>Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize executional efforts.</li><li>Work closely with sales, market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to execute marketing initiatives.</li><li>Develop and deliver targeted field materials, training programs, and digital marketing campaigns</li><li>Manage external partners, including agencies and vendors, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing programs.</li><li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.</li><li>Provide execution-focused analysis and recommendations leadership.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for effective execution. </li></ul>Key Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>Experience: Recommended 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or product management, ideally in hematology, oncology, or rare disease.</li><li>Proven experience supporting successful brands, ideally within hematology or rare disease indications.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to translate market insights into effective executional tactics.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.</li><li>Knowledge of hematology, oncology, or rare disease pharmaceutical marketing.</li><li>Experience executing digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and customer-centric marketing strategies.</li><li>Strong financial acumen, budget management, and forecasting skills. </li></ul>If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
