Job Summary
The Markey Cancer Center’s Kentucky Cancer Registry is seeking an Abstractor Coordinator Senior Regional, with a qualified Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) certification, to conduct data reporting for a portion of small, acute care hospitals across the state. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining reporting procedures including access of cancer records (either in person or remotely, if available), case finding, and abstracting while maintaining excellent quality. The position may also assist in abstracting non-hospital facility cases or helping with special studies as requested. Will participate in quality audits and correction of data as needed.
This position has a fully remote work arrangement.
