Job Summary

Responsible for the maintenance of the University’s capital assets database, including capitalization, depreciation and reconciliation to the general ledger. Provides technical support and expertise of facilities, equipment and vehicle inventory functions. Prepare quarterly and annual footnotes, analysis, and other reporting needs as assigned by management.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office suite, database software (programming is a plus), SAP, Tableau, and Crystal.
