Job Summary

Accounts Payable is an integral part of University Financial Services and serves the entire University in settlement of valid invoices/claims for goods and services. This position is responsible for effectively interpreting, applying and communicating University Policies/Business Procedures and Federal/State regulations to internal and external clients and customers. This position is currently 100% in the office, there may be opportunity in the future for a hybrid schedule once Work Location guidelines are released.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

MS Word, Excel Interpersonal, Communication, Technical and Analytical Skills, and Computer navigation database management and reporting.

Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
