Are you passionate about optimizing systems and empowering users? Join us as an Accounting Transformation Functional Analyst and play a key role in driving the adoption and effectiveness of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) across our finance operations.

You’ll be the go-to for users, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role collaborates with our Record to Report Program Lead to ensure the effectiveness of our Record to Report (R2R) workstreams.

What's On Your Plate

  • Serve as the primary contact for D365 user support, troubleshooting, and guidance
  • Document business processes and identify opportunities for system-driven improvements
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and rollout of new features/modules
  • Collaborate with IT and ERP teams to resolve system issues
  • Maintain training materials, user guides, and FAQs for ongoing education
  • Monitor data accuracy and support data integrity efforts
  • Provide feedback to technical teams on user experience and functional gaps
  • Support the month-end close process by preparing reports, validating data, and performing administrative/maintenance task across the Trintech modules
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of R2R processes


Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Trintech functional or end-user) preferred
  • Solid understanding of Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain business processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective system usage
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Power Platform tools
  • Experience training or onboarding ERP users
  • Knowledge of change management or process improvement methodologies
