About the role:

We are looking for an individual who can review and invoice forklift orders for North and South American dealers as well as national accounts. Other responsibilities include crediting truck returns and other miscellaneous debits/credits as needed. The role also includes submitting invoices to Dealers and National Accounts, as well as answering invoice inquiries/requests from consumers.

What you will do:

  • Review and invoice orders for North and South American Dealers and National Accounts. Order review entails checking that the customer’s invoice and ship-to addresses are correct.
  • Ensure accurate pricing on invoices sent to Dealers and National Accounts customers for payment.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Teams and Dealers to process truck returns and miscellaneous debits/credits for pricing as needed.


When & Where:

  • This is a full-time position based in the Houston, TX office.
  • Hybrid, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office


What you need to have:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 to 7 years of experience
  • Ability to meet deadlines in high paced environment and handle confidential information
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal) to work closely with internal and external customers
  • Strong Analytical and problem – solving skills
  • Effectively work both individually and in a team environment
  • Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)


What would be nice to have:

  • SAP experience
  • AS400 Knowledge
  • Bilingual (Spanish)

The pay for this position ranges from $19.91 to $26.00 hourly. The specific pay rate or salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
