Administrative Coordinator-CRNA ProgramUIW MissionPosition SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator-CRNA ( Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) Program is responsible for providing administrative support to the CRNA Program Administration, faculty members and students. The Administrative Coordinator-CRNA Program reports to CRNA Program Director.Essential FunctionsJob DutiesKnowledge Skills and Abilities• Ability to effectively learn and apply certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNA) scope of practice and professional requirements and national standards.• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration skills.• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams or equivalent. Ability to effectively learn and use web conferencing tools.• Ability to actively engage with students, faculty and staff members.• Ability to conduct respectful relationships with students, faculty and staff members.• Ability to work collegially and productively within the university community.• Ability to conduct presentations.• Ability to effectively learn and apply requirements of grant funding disbursements and financial aid.• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.• Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, School and regulatory agencies.Required EducationAssociate's Degree or 60 college hours.Required Work ExperienceFour (4) years of administrative experience in a complex office environment.
