Physical Requirements

Sitting at workstation for extended periods of time; repetitive motions typical of desk work (sitting/bending/twisting/pulling/typing); prolonged screen time; lifting/carrying/pulling objects up to 30lbs.

Job Summary

The Administrative Services Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties for Student Well-being to facilitate and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This individual provides direct support to the Associate Vice President for Student Well-being and will also serve as the primary point-of-contact for Triage Referral Assistance and Crisis Support (TRACS) and Prevention, Outreach, and Wellness Education Resources (POWER), providing information, support, and appointment registration to students. This is a customer service driven position requiring the ability to multi-task multiple projects with frequent interruptions. This position is required to organize resources, assist with projects, and manage the day-to-day activities of this multi-unit office.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.



Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Ability to work with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfort with database systems.
