Job Summary
The Administrative Services Assistant will primarily assist the college’s personnel management unit with relevant administrative tasks as well as some general support. This position includes primary oversight of data and record compliance, personnel records, back-up support for daily administrative tasks, assistance in various areas of on/offboarding procedures—including position postings and orientations.
The ideal candidate will be personable, able to work with constituents of different backgrounds in a respectful way, someone who is able to exercise discretion and professionalism while serving as a primary point of contact for personnel at the CoSW’s Centers & Labs location.

- ability to utilize basic office systems such as MS Office, zoom, project management software
- ability to project a welcoming personality (this position will be first point of contact to guests/employees/students at off campus location for CoSW)
