Job Summary
The College of Nursing at the University of Kentucky is seeking an Administrative Services Assistant. The Undergraduate Program Administrative Support position provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support for undergraduate programs, faculty, and students. This role manages program logistics; supports faculty recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation processes; coordinates meetings, events, interviews, and proctoring support; and maintains accurate program, faculty, and web-based information. The position also assists with purchasing, surveys, reporting, and communications, while collaborating closely with program leadership and administrative partners to ensure compliance with University regulations and accreditation standards. Through proactive planning and continuous process improvement, this role supports efficient workflows, anticipates faculty and program needs, and contributes to the smooth and effective operation of undergraduate programs.
