Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this position will include: occasional standing and/or walking with objects up to 25lbs; regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); and occasional (<10% of the time) job related travel.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Physics Department, including support for the Clinical Physics faculty, the Medical Master’s Program, and the PhD degree-granting program.
Key duties include:
- Preparing correspondence and presentations for Directors, as well as managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Supporting the quality assurance (QA) program, recruitment activities, and the development of program materials.
- Providing administrative support to management staff and overseeing the development and maintenance of the MedHub database.
- Coordinating staff and faculty travel arrangements and serving as a liaison between Physics faculty/staff, UKHC departments, University staff, and the Controller’s Office.
- Collaborating with DYAD leadership and the management team to support departmental initiatives.
- Overseeing the COM Medical Physics website and the “ApplyYourself” student application platform.
- Serving as the lead for CAMPEP student enrollment and maintaining the Teacher Course Evaluation (TCE) website.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects while accurately completing routine functions in a fast paced, high intensity, professional work environment; knowledge of SAP; GME processes, proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent attention to detail; exceptional planning and organizational skill; effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to solve routine problems and manage resources; demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service, time management, and judgment; and respect for confidentiality.

Previous experience in heavy scheduling office environment; experience with student programs preferred.
