Job Summary
The HR & Payroll Administration Manager (Administrative Staff Officer II) is a key leader within the Centralized Business Office, providing operational leadership and functional oversight for human resources administration, payroll governance, and Kronos timekeeping for Auxiliary and Transportation Services and supported campus partners. The role translates University HR, payroll, and timekeeping policies into consistent, compliant day-to-day operations, exercising independent judgment to manage operational issues, workload capacity, and compliance risk. The position supervises HR and payroll staff, oversees operational controls, supports data informed decision-making, and leads process improvements that strengthen service delivery and internal controls.
