Job Summary

The University of Kentucky Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a qualified individual to provide senior-level administrative support for the Senior Director of Communications and Donor Relations and the Director of Annual Giving. This position will provide support for multiple units within Philanthropy: Annual Giving, Donor Relations and Stewardship, and Philanthropy Communications. The Administrative Support Associate will maintain donor database, maintain calendars and make travel arrangements. The incumbent will also manage standard annual giving donor correspondence, monitor direct mail equipment, and maintain financial records.

The successful candidate must have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, be adaptable, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
