Job Summary

This role provides operational support throughout the clinical onboarding process, serving as a key point of coordination once candidates have been selected. This role manages onboarding workflows, monitors completion of pre-employment requirements, and ensures documentation, compliance checks, and system access requests are completed accurately and on time. The Onboarding Specialist partners with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, and other internal stakeholders to support a smooth and compliant transition from hire to start.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • HR professional knowledge
  • the ability to multitask with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office, to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service
  • strong time management, problem-solving, critical thinking, follow-through, and planning and organizational skills
  • high level of respect for confidentiality
