As the Distribution Enablement Advisor, this role offers the exciting opportunity to be a valued thinking partner in support of our Affiliated Distribution strategy. Highly organized and proactive in communication, the ideal candidate brings proven experience managing numerous internal stakeholders with competing priorities—all aligned toward a shared vision that drives success in sales, recruiting, and retention. A talent for connecting granular details to broader strategy and execution is essential. This position involves developing a deep understanding of both internal and external distribution partners, along with the programs we deliver, to continually enhance processes that support sales force management and revenue growth. Success in the role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
A successful candidate will display strong analytical and interpersonal skills and a deep interest in understanding our business. The ability to develop strong relationships with our internal and external customers, fully understanding their needs, and using data to drive business impact will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Affiliated Distribution Leadership’s vision as part of a team executing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Analyze Channel programs and recognition practices to implement change in achieving strategic objectives
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support Distribution goals in collaboration with distribution leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop benchmarks for key metrics to measure productivity and profitability
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Provide quarterly summary on project workstream statuses, outstanding action items, and completion timelines, including key asks from Distribution Leadership
- Develop benchmarks for key metrics to measure productivity and profitability

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees.
Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and other long-term incentive compensation, depending on the position.
