The Delivery Enablement Office (DEO) in the Enterprise Technology (ET) organization is on the lookout for a skilled change agent who is enthusiastic about coaching, consulting, and fostering continuous improvement. In the role of Agile Coach, you will collaborate with different levels of the organization to provide guidance and support to both team members and leadership. Your goal will be to enhance program and delivery efficiencies while integrating standard processes and principles into everyday operations. You will cultivate an environment where all teams can reach their full potential, promoting a culture of ongoing improvement and assisting organizations in overcoming challenges to deliver value efficiently, ultimately achieving desired outcomes and business goals.

The Team

This position is part of the Agile Coach Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Enterprise Technology (ET) Delivery Enablement Office (DEO). The Enterprise Technology organization, which includes around 9,000 employees across Fidelity locations in the U.S., India, and Ireland, focuses on improving client service, promoting digital transformation, and enhancing delivery practices throughout the enterprise. The Agile Coaching CoE works alongside various teams at Fidelity to foster continuous improvement in program management and delivery optimization. Its role includes offering consulting, coaching, and training services to individuals, teams, and leadership.

The Expertise You Have

  • Deep knowledge in principles, practices, frameworks, and metrics related to optimizing workflows and project management
  • Over 5 years of experience in coaching individuals, leaders, and teams to improve their operational and strategic methodologies
  • Ability to quickly assess teams’ maturity, develop a coaching plan, and skillfully take on the appropriate stance (coach, teacher, mentor, partner) to help the team
  • Proficiency in delivering training on concepts and tools related to improving team performance and project outcomes to a diverse set of audiences
  • Skilled in creating and leading meetings and ceremonies focused on achieving results for teams and organizations.
  • Track record of driving behavior and culture change across all levels of the organization

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $120 – $130 per hour.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Dynamic Working – Post Pandemic

Fidelity’s working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
