Job Summary

The Kentucky Cooperative Extension System is seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and mission-driven professional to serve as a Senior Extension Associate within the Office of the Associate Dean and Director of Extension. This position plays an important role in supporting statewide initiatives and advancing the strategic priorities of Extension across Kentucky.

The Senior Extension Associate provides leadership in operational coordination, program support, and organizational management while working closely with Extension leadership, specialists, county agents, and administrative teams. The successful candidate will help ensure effective communication, efficient processes, and high-quality program delivery throughout the statewide Extension system.
