Physical Requirements

This position requires occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects up to 50 pounds and loading and/or unloading supplies and materials onto carts. Sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and repetitive motion tasks.



Shift

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; some weekends and evening activities may be required as needed.



Job Summary

The Martin-Gatton College of Agriculture, Food and Environment, Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Unit is seeking an Extension Specialist for Program Design and Evaluation to support the Nutrition Education Program (NEP). This position will lead efforts in evaluation, capacity building, and program design for NEP initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training, creating evaluation tools, and analyzing data to guide strategic planning and enhance program impact. The specialist will play a central role in informing program improvements and fostering a culture of learning and accountability This position is soft-funded.
