This position is responsible for identifying, testing, and implementing AI technologies that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and support. This role leads efforts to research emerging tools, collaborate with IT and other business areas while using strategic insight to optimize the employee experience through innovation. on deployment, training and change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new employee technology. Additionally, this role is responsible for measuring the success of new technology implementations, monitoring performance, and manages vendor and stakeholder relationships to scale effective AI applications across the organization.
  • Design, test, and scale AI pilots that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Lead training and change enablement strategies to support adoption of AI tools.
  • Measure impact and optimize AI initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies
  • Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships to scale effective solutions
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to implement AI solutions aligned with business goals

    Qualifications

    Education
    • Required Bachelor's Degree ; or equivalent experience
    Experience
    • 12+ Years Years of experience in HR technology, digital transformation, or AI-related consulting Required

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives without direct people managementStrong understanding of AI technologies such as chatbots, natural language processing, machine learning, and predictive analyticsDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive strategic outcomesExperience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Workday, ServiceNow, or other AI-enabled enterprise toolsSkilled in building partnerships across business units and functions to deliver integrated solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills to guide initiatives from concept to execution.Innovation Mindset with passion for enhancing the employee experience through emerging technologies and continuous innovation

This job is also eligible for annual bonusincentivepay.
