Job Summary

UK Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is looking for a qualified candidate for their Alumni Program Coordinator position. This position assists alumni engagement efforts through management and optimization of the Wildcat Network platform, supporting training, outreach, and collaboration with academic colleges and campus partners. Responsibilities include overseeing platform functionality, user experience, digital mentorship initiatives, and the Big Blue Business Directory to strengthen alumni connections and engagement.

The role also supports strategic alumni engagement initiatives, including project management, volunteer programs, targeted outreach, and special project opportunities. The incumbent will assist with engagement tracking across platforms, events, and volunteer activities, while monitoring key performance indicators and supporting reporting aligned with CASE Alumni Engagement Metrics.
