Physical Requirements

May include standing for greater than 5 hours at a time and possibly walking several miles per day. May require the ability to reach items above shoulder level and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Shift

Must be available during hours of 7am-9pm Monday through Friday. and occasional weekends 8am-5pm. Shift to be discussed during interview. Operating hours, location, and days of week subject to change based on the growth of the department or locations worked. May include holiday and weekend rotations.

Job Summary

Provide patient care in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. Compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical supplies upon receiving written orders from physicians. Reviews and interprets prescriptions and drug profiles to ensure appropriate drug therapy has been prescribed and ensure that drug interactions are reviewed.
