Job Description

Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company’s enterprise-wide GFCC control framework.

The newly created second line GFCC Enablement organization will lead and synchronize the execution of GFCC strategic and transformational program development initiatives, including technology, data, and tools. The Analyst Compliance will report to the Manager - Compliance and support technology transformation efforts for their vertical ensuring efforts are synchronized, consistent, and transparent across all GFCC functions. In addition, the Analyst Compliance will support GFCC and partner organizations for their vertical, ensuring coordinated engagement across GRC Product, GRC Data Science, AET Engineering, and all other contributing technology and enablement functions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and/or perform requirements writing and/or documentation efforts for assigned vertical(s) for GFCC, Product, and Technology, ensuring operational business needs are comprehensive, well-drafted in the Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

  • Support and/or perform testing functions to ensure operational business needs are designed and operate as intended in the system and document defects or issues as they arise.
  • Support maintenance of associated standards, procedures, traceability artifacts, and approval workflows necessary to ensure requirements and/or testing are complete, consistent, and aligned with regulatory, control, and enterprise policy expectations.
  • Partners closely with GFCC leadership, GRC Product, GRC Data Science, AET Engineering, and other key stakeholders to ensure coordinated, transparent, and well-governed execution across all GFCC technology, tools, and data initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and successfully balance multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an extremely positive “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate confidently and effectively with key stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal English skillset required.
  • Flexibility to accommodate schedules with business partners in various time zones when needed.
  • Experience within Financial Crimes, Risk, Audit or Compliance would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate clear insights from data and information, across varied sources.
  • Familiarity working with data, including reviewing, and analyzing datasets to support requirements and testing activities.
  • Experience with, or familiarity with, data querying tools such as SQL is encouraged but not required.
  • General understanding of data structures, data flows, and/or system integrations would be beneficial.
