How will you make an impact in this role?
Authorization Modernization Program (AMP) is a high priority strategic initiative aimed at uplifting the authorization platform (CAS), which performs critical tasks to support business processes across multiple touch points in the customer lifecycle, for e.g. deciding approval or decline of a transaction based on a business logic, applying payment information, computing key data elements (exposure, delinquency, risk scores, etc.), triggering risk strategies and cascading credit risk related information to other critical systems like RAVEN (for customer communication), WCC (for credit servicing), MYCA (customer self service), etc.
The position of Analyst, US Commercial AMP Servicing is within the Commercial Customer and Limit Management team, part of the Commercial Credit Risk organization. The position will report into the Manager, US AMP Servicing and will work closely with business partners across the organization (GSG, Compliance, GCO, Capabilities, CFR peers and leaders). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing POA processes across credit digital and case management functions globally, and closely collaborating with various GSG teams to apply process synergies. This role will also provide the incumbent ample opportunities to lead and influence partners within and outside CFR.
The key responsibilities are:
- Lead transformation of the next gen authorization / customer management capability by defining requirements for key functions of credit concern identification and subsequent servicing (trigger, communication, treatment) globally (including Global Consumer and Small Business Services).
- Collaborate with SMEs from these functional areas to understand end to end process and leverage understanding to drive scope alignment, discovery, design and subsequent implementation.
- Conceptualize and deliver robust and scalable capability, and support functions within it, by leveraging platform uplift synergies across CFR and GSG.
- Deepen understanding of relevant functions and data elements to map out requirements for relevant customer journeys.
- Use analytics to identify key areas to simplify or prioritize for uplift.
- Influence various stakeholders to seek alignment on various decision points
Qualifications:
- Interest in commercial credit risk
- Experience in analyzing structured/unstructured data using SQL or Python
- Internal Description Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and comfortable working with large data sets
- Capability of translating data-driven insights into actionable results
- Ability to drive change, influence without authority and deliver results
- Desire to build business cases and manage projects
- Logical, consultative, and adaptive to change
- Strategic thinking, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Positive energy, collaboration and excellent communication skills are a must
- Undergraduate degree required
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
