As an Accounts Payable (AP) Processor within our Business Office Services (BOS) team, you'll be responsible for ensuring vendor invoices are reviewed, validated, and processed efficiently and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with AP or bookkeeping experience who enjoys process-driven work and thrives in a collaborative support role.

What You’ll Do:

• Process and validate vendor invoices using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software
• Resolve issues with invoice data by researching missing or incorrect information
• Handle invoices in exception queues and correct data as needed
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for invoice turnaround time
• Collaborate with dealership partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment
• Provide excellent internal customer service to dealerships and AP team members
• Support AP team projects, such as utility invoice processing and team metric reporting
• Escalate unresolved discrepancies to team leads or supervisors
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience
• 10-key typing speed of 8,000 ksph
• Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with dealership accounting or bookkeeping
• Familiarity with ADP systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

The expected hourly wage for this position is $18.00 per hour.
