Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to regularly sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and perform tasks with repetitive motions (such as typing), and work at heights above 4 feet; intermittently lift, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand or walk with objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and work in confined spaces; and occasionally stand or walk with objects weighing up to 25 pounds, and travel for job-related purposes (less than 10% of time). Occasional exposure to risk of back injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials may also be involved.

Shift

Primarily Monday through Friday, 8: 00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; as an exempt-level position, additional hours outside of the primary shift may be required in order to meet job and departmental business needs.

Job Summary

The Asset Management Analyst I will support the Senior Corporate Accountant to maintain the Fixed Asset Register. The position will also collaborate with Corporate Finance, Facilities, and Accounting. These responsibilities include: confirming fixed assets, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling statements.

Preferred Education/Experience

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Business Management, or a business-related field is preferred.
