The Assistant Golf Director/Agronomist performs difficult skilled technical work in the planning, supervising and participating in the preparation and maintenance of a municipal golf course.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, horticulture, or related field or four years related work experience
• Five years’ experience in the field
• Pesticide application license
• Aquatic Pest Control Application license
  
• Valid NC driver’s license and good driving record

Work Schedule

Ability to work variable hours and unusual hours during the golfing season.
40 hours per week. Paid bi-weekly.
