North Idaho College, nestled on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, is seeking a Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Communication to join our student-centered, collaborative faculty. You'll teach core communication courses, like public speaking and interpersonal communication, using both traditional and remote formats, and play an active role in student advising, curriculum development, and institutional committees.

We're looking for a dynamic educator who can energize the classroom, engage students from diverse backgrounds, and contribute to a curriculum grounded in practical application and academic rigor. Most importantly, you'll help students discover their voices and develop the confidence and skill to become thoughtful, effective communicators - in the classroom, in their communities, and beyond.

We value faculty who bring a collaborative spirit, the ability to foster enthusiasm, and a commitment to the mission of a comprehensive community college.

If you're passionate about empowering students to use their voice and shaping the future of communication education, we'd love to hear from you.
