Associate Dean for Academic AffairsUIW MissionPosition SummaryThe Associate Dean for Academic Affairs is responsible for the overall administration of the academic programs of the University of Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry (RSO). This position provides leadership and strategic oversight of academic policies, drives curriculum design, and assesses its outcomes to ensure they are aligned with institutional goals.
