Let’s share success.
The Cost and Performance Intelligence capability within the Infrastructure Data & Analytics organization integrates data engineering, analytics, FinOps, and product cost modeling to provide a reliable economic foundation for Technology Operations and Technology Investment decisions. It extends beyond retrospective reporting by delivering decision-ready insights that clarify trade-offs, surface efficiency opportunities, and support more deliberate, forward-looking planning.

The Strategy & Delivery Enablement Manager is a Technical Project Manager that partners with the Head of Infrastructure Data & Analytics to translate strategy into execution, produce high-quality executive reporting, and enable disciplined delivery across a portfolio of initiatives. This role is suited for an exceptional professional who combines strong analytical judgment with structured thinking and the ability to operate effectively in complex, evolving environments.

Working closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and the executive office, the role brings clarity, structure, and insight to leadership forums, planning cycles, and portfolio reporting. Over time, it carries increasing scope and responsibility, requiring sound judgment, discretion, and executive presence.

The ideal candidate demonstrates the maturity and confidence to collaborate across a broad set of stakeholders, influence without formal authority, and communicate effectively at the appropriate level of detail from business executives to technology and analytics delivery teams.
As this capability scales and becomes more deeply embedded in planning and decision-making processes, dedicated focus is needed to ensure strategy, delivery, and executive visibility remain tightly aligned.

Let’s build on what you know.
If you bring strong analytical judgment and experience supporting complex, multi-initiative programs, you’ll find a fit within our Infrastructure Data & Analytics organization, where this role creates the connective tissue between strategy, delivery, and executive decision-making. You’ll help translate priorities into structured plans, synthesize progress into decision-grade insights, and support leaders in managing tradeoffs across a growing portfolio of initiatives, with increasing scope and responsibility over time.

Here’s just some of what you’ll do:

Portfolio & Delivery Support

  • Support the management of the ID&A initiative portfolio, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • Maintain delivery plans, status views, and issue logs across multiple workstreams.
  • Help prepare portfolio reviews by consolidating inputs from technical and analytics teams.
  • Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and delivery risks and escalate with proposed options.
  • Support integrated planning by aligning initiative roadmaps with capacity, investment assumptions, and operating priorities.

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

  • Build and maintain executive-ready visibility into initiative progress, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes, with a focus on decision-grade insights rather than status reporting.
  • Translate detailed project and analytics information into clear, concise leadership updates.
  • Partner with data, analytics, and Finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Continuously improve reporting formats to reduce noise and increase decision value.

Executive & Leadership Forum Support

  • Support preparation for leadership meetings, operating reviews, and planning sessions, including agenda development and pre-read materials.
  • Consolidate and synthesize inputs from multiple teams into clear, concise leadership materials and executive updates.
  • Capture decisions, actions, and follow-ups from executive forums and ensure timely closure.
  • Work in coordination with the executive office to ensure meetings are well-prepared and outcome driven.
  • Learn how to frame issues, tradeoffs, and recommendations for senior leaders.

Planning & Operating Rhythm

  • Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including documentation of priorities, commitments, and success measures.
  • Help maintain the ID&A operating cadence and planning artifacts.
  • Assist with cross-team coordination to ensure alignment across data engineering, analytics, and platform initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Brings structure where things are ambiguous
  • Enjoys turning complexity into clarity
  • Is curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Builds trust through reliability and thoughtful execution
  • Wants exposure to senior leadership and enterprise decision-making

Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what you should have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in analytics, strategy, operations, consulting, program management, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail paired with the ability to synthesize and summarize.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • High learning agility and demonstrated interest in enterprise data, analytics, and technology organizations.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and at least one BI or analytics tool.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving priorities.
  • Ability to lead end-user training, design and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and consultative problem-solving skills, with a strong business and financial aptitude.
