Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) is a global organization that sits within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) and is a center of excellence with the charter to drive high quality, customer-first communications that accelerate business growth through optimized go to market solutions and the development of best-in-class marketing technology (MarTech) products and processes.
We are looking for an Associate, Digital Product Development to join our Marketing Enablement and Transformation team to support product development efforts as part of a multi-year technology transformation initiative, Flywheel.
This person will support the product strategy and execute development for Flywheel’s campaign setup experience, partnering closely with key stakeholders across the enterprise to design and implement an integrated, campaign-centric view that will guide colleagues seamlessly through the marketing enablement process.
How will you make an impact in this role?
- Partner with colleagues across the enterprise to define and implement the end-to-end campaign set up journey for marketing experiences
- Support discovery and requirements gathering efforts with business partners across the consumer and commercial marketing lines of business
- Partner with our Technology organization to define technical solutions and support product development activities through to launch
- Partner with the MarOps and Marketing organizations to assess operational requirements for the solution
- Prioritize and define a sequenced delivery roadmap that aligns the broader Flywheel priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital product or digital product adjacent function
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive teamwork and deliver results
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on business needs
- Detail oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and assess how pieces of the puzzle interact and affect the overall project
- Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for driving results
- Strong analytical mindset, able to define success metrics and drive continuous optimization
- Ability to quickly pivot and reprioritize as business strategies demand
- Passion for marketing technologies and the evolving external technology landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within Agile software development methodologies and supporting tools and frameworks a plus
- Experience with MarTech platforms a plus
- Prior Adobe experience a plus
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
