Position Summary

The Associate Director of CAR T Cell Therapy Digital Platforms (CTDP), Reporting & Analytics will gather requirements for the commercial CTDP and ensure an excellent customer experience in all markets. They will work closely with global and regional teams and other program partners like Patient Ops, CTO, and IT. The role involves managing projects related to reporting and analytics to support commercial teams globally and locally. This position reports to the Senior Director of CAR T Commercial Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Cell Therapy Digital Platform Support

  • Commercial Portal Major Release Support: Oversee the development and distribution of training materials and change summaries for the US & Worldwide Markets (WWM). Manage the requirements review, user acceptance testing (UAT), and password management for the Demo Portal.
  • Commercial Portal Development Support: Coordinate enhancement requests from affiliates and liaise with strategic leads and relevant POSI/GPS teams. Support requirements development to ensure customer needs are met and communicate progress with partners and affiliate teams.
  • Internal Access Support: Manage the internal “magic calendar” access for BMS employees on both affiliate and global levels.

Operational Reporting & Analytics

  • Library of Operations-Managed Reports: Manage a range of dashboards and reports, including CTSM & MSL operational dashboards, KPI, site analytics, and manufacturing reports, using Tableau.
  • Market Specific Reporting: Oversee market-specific financial reports for Canada, Spain, Israel, and other regions as required.
  • Ongoing Management & Evolution: Incorporate new and evolved data sets, monitor data errors, and ensure timely reporting and rectification.

Operational Digital Resources & Tools

  • Market Launch Support: Facilitate trainings and handle user access setup, email alerts, and communication with local teams for operational dashboards during market launches. Manage IVR settings and approvals in collaboration with local teams.
  • Commercial Operations & Digital Resources Management: Provide support for site footprint analysis, affiliate training, and access, while developing long-term solutions that integrate clinical data and USA real-time reporting.
  • PowerBI Reporting: Manage portal user reports and email subscription reports including data updates and user access.

Skills / Knowledge Required

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in the bio-pharma industry working in global commercial or operational teams; prior experience in developing reports using standard reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, PowerApps, etc) desired.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills: time management, working on critical paths, attention to detail, follow up, etc.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; ability to effectively execute in a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think analytically, observe trends and prioritize insights, and execute effectively in a fast-pace environment
  • Ability to engage with cross-disciplinary teams across international teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear and proactive when communicating with multiple stakeholders
  • Language skills: Additional language skills beyond English (ie, German, French) desired
