The Role
As a Financial Analyst at Fidelity Investments, you will support the Regulatory Reporting Team by ensuring accurate and timely financial computations and filings. Responsibilities include Daily and Weekly Reserve Computation per SEC Rule 15c3-3 and Monthly Net Capital Reports. Provide insights for strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance. You will excel at analyzing data, focusing on details, and managing priorities in a dynamic setting. Collaboration is crucial, to work with various teams and partners, utilizing financial knowledge and technical skills for operational excellence and regulatory compliance.'
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Strategic problem solver who can take an end-to-end view of an issue and develop multiple solutions
- Proven experience in using various software applications at an advanced level (Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects) to construct financial models for complex processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with business partners at varying levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
- Showed capability to excel in a fast-paced environment at an organization that values timely project delivery.
- Flexible, self-motivated individual who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills; adept at prioritizing work, breaking down issues, and proposing alternative solutions.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple detailed processes in a time-sensitive environment.

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-$76,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
