Physical Requirements

This position requires driving across the state to meet with program staff and includes desk work that requires sitting for long periods of time.

Shift

This position must be willing to work in different environments (both office-based and on the ground), at times best suited to the community (including some evenings and weekends). This includes hours outside of traditional office hours (i.e., 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.).

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Hepatitis C Services provides leadership for the Hepatitis C Telehealth Program, overseeing statewide operations that deliver high-quality, client-centered, and compliant care.

This role is responsible for program oversight across screening, treatment initiation, monitoring, and sustained virologic response (SVR) follow-up, with a strong emphasis on quality improvement, data integrity, and performance outcomes. The Associate Director supervises managers and staff, supports strategic planning and grant-funded initiatives, monitors program budgets, and ensures compliance with telehealth, privacy, and regulatory requirements. The position also cultivates partnerships with healthcare systems, community organizations, correctional health, and pharmacies to expand access to HIV & Hepatitis C treatment and reduce care fragmentation across the Commonwealth.
