How will you make an impact in this role?

The Technology Portfolio Management team is looking for a forward-thinking Associate, Program Management who combines strong leadership with risk management practices, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall risk tolerance. You will support reviewing and reporting on compliance processes and ensure alignment with appropriate standards. You will influence and collaborate with Agile Champions and control management team to maintain and identify areas of opportunity to the program.

  • Support the execution of the compliance program by reviewing, validating, and remediating (as appropriate) documentation to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Build and maintain program-related documentation to ensure consistent and accurate process execution
  • Participate in identifying compliance, policy, procedural, and system gaps
  • Provide periodic updates on the status of compliance performance
  • Utilize tools to document and report on milestones, facilitate transparent communication, and goal alignment
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, contributing to the overall risk management plan
  • Identify and report complex issues to senior team members, ensuring timely resolution

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience supporting financial programs or compliance initiatives
  • High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, engage, influence, and encourage stakeholders to drive collaboration
  • Ability to organize and manage to deadlines, adapting your time to changing priorities to meet the needs of the organization
  • Detail-oriented and analytical; adept at framing key questions, interpreting data, and making informed decisions
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery processes
  • Experience with internal and external compliance and audit

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
