The Role

As an early career technologist, you will have the opportunity to work on high impact projects such as:

Contact Center Platform and Engineering:

You’ll join a team responsible for delivering the voice, email, and web‑chat communication channels that support Fidelity’s 24x7 operations. Our platforms connect more than 50 million customers and clients with our associates and digital solutions.

As part of this team, you will contribute high‑quality, reliable, scalable, and reusable code across our applications. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to bring strategic vision to life, find creative and effective ways to solve problems with integrity, and help foster a culture rooted in best‑in‑class software engineering practices.

The Skills You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

  • Familiarity with Java, React, Spring, Spring Boot, and building RESTful services

  • Interest in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and hands on experience with testing tools such as JUnit, Bruno, and Postman to ensure code quality and reliability

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins

  • Practical experience with Azure or AWS, or a strong desire to grow cloud expertise through certifications or training

  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog) and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container based development practices is a plus.

  • A self-starter mindset—curious, collaborative, innovative, and eager to learn every day
