Associate Supplier Management Data Analyst
The Role
Join Fidelity’s dynamic WI Supplier Management team as an Associate Supplier Management Data Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our portfolio of strategic and operationally critical suppliers. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, automation, and documentation of program best practices. You’ll also serve as a liaison to an external technology consultant, helping to enhance and maintain our team’s workflow database.
Serve as the primary liaison to an external vendor consultant, partnering with internal team members to identify, communicate, and implement ongoing enhancements to the team database, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Conduct detailed data analysis of supplier management operations and document best practices.
Collaborate with supplier managers to identify opportunities for automation and develop recurring reports and alerts to highlight vulnerabilities or upcoming tasks.
Perform database queries to analyze and validate data.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular review and cleanup.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
Experience with tools such as Alteryx, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickBase is preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in data analytics, data mining, reporting, operations research, and data manipulation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
Demonstrates initiative and a hands-on approach, proactively diving into unfamiliar tools, systems, and challenges to drive solutions and continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
