As a Talent Acquisition Operations associate, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Partners, Account Managers, and the business to support the offer and pre-onboarding phases of the recruitment life cycle. Fidelity Talent Acquisition’s goal is to ensure every candidate at Fidelity has an exceptional experience entering Fidelity, and the TA Ops team plays a significant role in delivering that experience.
  • Create job requisitions for Fidelity hiring manager’s full time roles for job postings.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents based on information provided by the Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Monitor candidate progress through the recruiting process to ensure timely completion of tasks and documents.
  • Act as the candidate’s point of contact for all questions related to the onboarding process and provide guidance with high levels of customer service.
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to unexpected situations
  • Schedule new hire appointments with attention to detail and understanding of the overall onboarding deadline requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data and information, and be a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Partners, and other business partners.
  • Develop strong partnerships and relationships with internal groups to collaborate successfully in onboarding new hires and improving the candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, staffing, and account managers to facilitate seamless requisition creation, offer letter extension, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Leverage Staffing expertise, organizational knowledge, and sound business judgment to contribute to the business and build credibility with candidates, clients, and business partners
  • Contribute or own ad hoc projects as needed.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service experience required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce
  • Ability to take care of candidate needs while following company procedures
  • Demonstrates ownership to resolve candidate issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize candidate needs
  • Experience in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
  • A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently
  • Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Aptitude towards collaboration and teamwork
  • Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multi-tasking
  • Experience using MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Experience using SharePoint and OneNote is a plus
  • Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems preferred
  • WorkDay experience is a plus
  • Exposure to various compensation package structures including cash, variable pay, other incentives is a plus
