Job Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing vehicles through approved rental sources
2. Scheduling transportation to final purchase destinations
3.Transferring and correctly pricing purchased unit from day one
4. Checking purchased inventory on a regular basis
5. Communicating with UVD, MP and CAAD team
6. Participating in TEAMS Meetings
7. Manage daily purchases and reporting as needed
8. Make sure titles are delivered to the destination store and assist with any title issues
9. Assist in Arbitration and Dealshield returns
10. Covering CAAD Appraisal queue as needed
11. Properly represent the company to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
12. Keep current with all applicable laws.
13.Handle Escalations
14. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers. 15. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:
1. Must meet company’s requirements for employment.
2. Two years of experience in a dealership position.
3. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
4. Excellent communication skills, including customer service and customer care.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
6. Professional personal appearance.
7. Strong customer service skills.
