Senior Business Analyst, Digital Solutions
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team! The Digital Solutions & Strategy (DS&S) chapter helps create world class digital experiences at scale. Our chapter members humanize products, services, and experiences by:
  • Integrating deep research & industry awareness
  • Impacting product strategy
  • Driving implementation across all client and associate touchpoints.

You will be embedded in a squad where you will provide business analysis and expertise to support the management and creation of digital experiences that support our Brokerage and Wealth associates and clients. You will play a supporting and leading role in all phases of digital product management, including:
  • Discovering the right opportunities using data
  • Defining the requirements
  • Supporting client and field readiness
  • Measuring the business outcome
  • Partnering with technologists and AI teams to bring opportunities to fruition

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience delivering customer or associate focused digital solutions of high value
  • Experience working in an agile team required.
  • A strong understanding of the AI model lifecycle, from development to deployment
  • Ability to approach complex challenges with critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Client-obsessed with a passion to tackle challenges through a data driven approach. Proficiency with SQL, Excel and solid understanding of Tableau and data visualization techniques
  • Platform migration experience a plus
  • An affinity for technology and stay up to date on industry AI/NLP innovations
  • Possess story telling skills, conveying the vision and impact of digital solutions using data and visualization
  • Some relevant experience in prior customer-facing roles is a plus

The Type of Work You Might Do
  • Develop a solid understanding of the current application and ensure the design document accurately reflects it.
  • Partner with developers to design and migrate the current application to a new platform, ensuring:
    • Experiences function as expected
    • Logging and end to end flow perform as designed
  • Use SQL as needed to evaluate experience performance.

You will be part of the Voice product team, focused on creating intelligent, AI?driven call experiences that recognize our clients, understand their intent, and seamlessly connect them to the best solution to meet their needs.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $45.00 – $60.00 per hour.
