Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Cyber) to join the Identity and Access Management Adoption Team. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for business/systems analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering, customer management, and successful delivery. As a member of the IAM Adoption effort, you will join a team of business and systems analysts dedicated to strengthening Fidelity’s access ecosystem. In this role you will work in partnership with other analysts, team leads, and our partners across ECS and the enterprise to drive successful business adoption of our IAM platform, strengthen access controls, reduce business and access risks, and work towards the success of cybersecurity at Fidelity.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- 8+ years’ experience as a systems or business analyst delivering software using agile development practices
- Expertise in cybersecurity and/or access lifecycle management
- Knowledge working with IAM tools such as SailPoint, AWS IAM, Azure AD, Oracle IAM or similar platforms
- Experience working with CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Okta or similar platforms
- Experience with SQL, Excel, PowerBI, data cleaning, and data visualizations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

- Understanding of complex business needs and challenges with a keen ability to influence business partners in alignment with product strategy to enable customer success
- Serves as domain expert of team’s product(s) and processes and guides internal partners through data analysis findings, engagement sessions, and adoption of platforms
- Expertise in eliciting requirements from non-technical and technical collaborators across the enterprise and translating them to clear epics and stories with defined business value
- Independently conducts research and analysis, capturing results as data-driven insights, diagrams and visualizations, and current and future state documentation
- Applies advanced business analysis techniques and product ownership skills to translate analysis into actionable insights to inform solutions and team objectives
- Creates and maintains complex documentation for reference by external teams and partners including product documentation, technical and process diagrams, and requirements documents
- Navigates competing priorities and aligns collaborators to strategic delivery
- Leads cross-team and cross-product area collaboration to drive strong business outcomes
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills including ability to recommend solutions and course of action to both technical and non-technical audiences
- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Promotes continuous improvement and mentors junior analysts by sharing expertise and cultivating curiosity
Related Certifications
- Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and Cyber or Technical certificates is a plus.
