Position Summary:

Fidelity’s Enterprise Cybersecurity business unit is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to support the Privileged Access Management (PAM) team, with a focus on customer onboarding and automation capabilities. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that the PAM onboarding applications are intuitive to use, and enable the business to align with Fidelity’s cybersecurity policies and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as the central point of contact between business partners and technical teams for all PAM development related initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements with business partners for the existing and upcoming PAM onboarding and self-service offerings.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development and engineering teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve access management processes and compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and product demos to ensure alignment and understanding.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to privileged access management.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and user acceptance of new features and upgrades.
  • Assist in facilitating Agile ceremonies with the team leader.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials for end users and support teams.
  • Facilitating production readiness reviews with key stakeholders and developers.
  • Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or cybersecurity domains.
  • Strong understanding of privileged access management principles and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SSDLC
  • Experience working in Agile environments and writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Azure cloud certifications
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) tools and integrations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as SOX, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
