You’ll play a key part in keeping credit card transactions accurate across stores, banking partners, and internal systems—all while supporting the field and delivering Legendary service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys Excel, and takes pride in getting things right.
*This is an on-site position at our Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky
What’s On Your Plate
- Research and resolve credit card variances across in‑store and card‑not‑present transactions by identifying root causes between POS systems, credit card processors, and bank deposits
- Use multiple systems and reporting tools daily to analyze data and determine appropriate adjustments
- Document findings clearly and submit research for approval
- Process daily credit card refunds and reprocessing requests, including declined or offline transactions submitted through ServiceNow
- Prepare monthly credit card‑related journal entries, including fees, chargebacks, and adjustments
- Provide hands‑on support to the Cash Accounting team and assist with other team needs as they arise
Your Recipe for Success
- Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of equivalent work experience
- Banking, reconciliation, or cash accounting experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft D365, Reconnet, and ServiceNow preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities with confidence
- Strong sense of accountability, integrity, and work ethic
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for supporting internal partners
