Job Description:
The Role
The Chapter Area Leader, SPS Customer Solutions, is a role that combines deep business and product development/management skills, with a passion for coaching and developing associates. This role, which will support the Stock Plan Services (SPS) product domain, will lead a team of Chapter Leaders and forge partnerships within and across Chapter and Product areas to deliver impactful client and participant outcomes.

Setting clear accountability & success measures for Chapter Leaders and for Chapter Area as a whole
Leading continued evolution of analyst role and refinement of processes to ensure high quality, impactful product delivery
Connecting across the domain to understand the work and goals, anticipate and support the needs, and drive outcomes
Taking a proactive and creative approach to resource needs – hiring matching the need, retention, and promotion
Facilitating learning at scale of domain knowledge and role skillset
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree with 10 + years Financial Services experience in product development and analysis.
Understanding of equity compensation business preferred.
Adept at attracting talent, coaching, and associate development.
Strong critical thinking, collaboration, and planning skills paired with a high degree of business acumen, attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to effectively work across large cross-functional organizations in the agile operating model to identify opportunity and drive accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively structure and deliver presentations, champion recommendations, and influence decisions at all levels of management
Intellectually curious, proactively shares knowledge, and models a culture of inclusion, continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching
